I didn’t want to try the bags and open them risking to break them trying to squeeze stuff in, so I asked the shop assistant (who a I think was a manager), if he could advise me on the size to purchase. He said to me: I can’t tell you which one you should but, you should decide. I said: I know, it’s just that you might have an eye for these measures. He replied: you’ve got two eyes as much as I do! I found it quite disrespectful, very bad example of customer care, in a moment when there was absolutely no one at the counter!
